Shipping considerations

  • Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
  • Any orders placed after 12PM on Fridays will be processed and ship on the following business day.
  • For all orders placed after 12PM, please allow one additional business day for processing.
  • Carrier delays are possible during high order volume periods and may affect shipping times.

    2-3 business days.
  • Crib Of Frames reserves the right to use alternate shipping services that provide the same delivery expectation.
  • We ship anywhere in the UK except Guernsey and Jersey. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled from this website.

Taxes And Duties

  • If you're using our International shipping service, then your item will ship via UPS/DPD/PARCELFORCE and the taxes and duties imposed by individual countries outside the United Kingdom are not included in the sale price. The customer is responsible for paying all Taxes and Duties associated with international shipping, upon delivery.

Change Address:

Order Track: 

We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through our website Order Track page and also you can track your order use by order number and email through our website Order Track page. We prefer to use our tracking number to track your order.

Cancelation: 

Before the order is shipped, you have the option to cancel at any moment if you decide to change your mind before receiving it. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been shipped.
